Terms and Conditions for MindFull Parent Workshop Registration

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the workshop organized by MindFull Parent. By registering for the Workshop, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before registering.

  1. Registration

1.1. To register for the workshop, you must complete the registration form provided by MindFull Parent.

1.2. Registrations are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. The Company reserves the right to cancel your registration if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

  1. Payment

2.1. Payment of the workshop fee is required to confirm your registration.

2.2. Payment must be made in full.

2.3. MindFull Parent accepts payment by credit card.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Refunds will be issued according to the following terms:

3.1.1. Full Refund: If you cancel your registration at least 3 days prior to the workshop start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop fee.

3.1.2. Partial Refund: There are no partial refunds.  

3.1.3   No Refund:  No full or partial refunds will be issued for not attending the sessions of the workshop.

3.2. To request a refund, you must notify MindFull Parent by email of your cancellation.

3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid refund request.

3.4. MindFull Parent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and they will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop fee or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled workshop.

  1. Confidentiality

4.1. All workshop materials, discussions, and interactions are strictly confidential.

4.2. Participants agree not to disclose or share any information discussed or provided during the workshop with third parties without the express written consent of the MindFull Parent.

  1. Participant Responsibilities

5.2. You agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards the MindFull Parents Coaches/Employees and other participants during the workshop.

5.3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the workshop.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1. MindFull Parent provides educational workshops and resources for informational purposes only. We are not providing therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Any advice or information provided during the workshop is intended for general knowledge and personal development purposes only. Participants are encouraged to use their discretion and consult with appropriate professionals for personalized advice related to their specific circumstances.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindFull Parent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the workshop. Our workshops are designed to offer guidance and support, but the ultimate decision-making and implementation of any strategies or advice are the sole responsibility of the participants.

  1. Miscellaneous

7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the MindFull Parent regarding your participation in the workshop and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii.

7.3. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hawaii County.

By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for MindFull Parent Parent Portal

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MindFull Parent Portal ("Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Portal.

  1. Registration

1.1. To access the Portal, you must complete the registration form provided by MindFull Parent.

1.2. Registrations are subject to approval by MindFull Parent and may be denied or revoked at its discretion.

1.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. MindFull Parent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

  1. Payment

2.1. Payment for access to the Portal needs to be made at time of registration.

2.2. Payment terms and methods will be specified by MindFull Parent.

2.3. Monthly subscriptions may be subject to automatic renewal. To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, you must notify MindFull Parent by email at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Refunds will be issued according to the following terms:

3.1.1. Full Refund: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of initial registration, you will be entitled to a full refund.

3.1.2. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period.

3.2. To request a refund, you must notify MindFull Parent by email of your cancellation.

3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid refund request.

  1. Confidentiality

4.1. All information provided through the Portal is confidential and intended for your personal use only.

4.2. You agree not to disclose or share any information accessed through the Portal with third parties without the express written consent of MindFull Parent.

  1. Participant Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to use the Portal responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. You agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards MindFull Parent's coaches/employees and other users of the Portal.

5.3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Portal.
